Saranan pengambilan GARAM sehari❗

Dalam masakan pagi, petang dan malam dah campur sos tiram, kicap, MSG & garam..

Petang makan keropok lekor cicah sos cili semangkuk…

Makan nasi pulak mesti kena ada sambal belacan & kicap..

Makan buah pun letak serbuk asam/ kicap pedas..

Belum lagi kalau tambah makan kuih-muih, kek & segala jenis pastri ( mengandungi sodium bikarbonate)

Agak-agak berlebihan tak mengambilan garam sehari⁉🤔
